Black Tire Shop

I went there because they were open late and convenient, but this is exactly why you have to double-check everything at some of these corner tire shops. My vehicle clearly calls for a P235/65R18 tire. They put a P235/60R18 on the front, meaning I now have two different-size tires on the same front axle. What makes it worse is they charged me an extra $10 to balance the tire, telling me basically that without it the car could wiggle. Meanwhile, you’re installing a tire with a different overall diameter than the tire on the other side. So you're warning me about a possible vibration while putting the wrong-size tire on my car in the first place. The used tire was already overpriced compared to what I've paid at other shops, and other tire shops I've dealt with balance the tire as part of installing it. Then I get charged extra here and still leave with the wrong size. I can't say what their intentions were, but I can say they installed a P235/60R18 when the sticker on the vehicle clearly says P235/65R18, and that's something a tire shop should've caught before putting it on. If you come here because they're open late and convenient, CHECK THE SIZE ON YOUR TIRE BEFORE YOU PULL OF

I came here for a simple tire plug after picking up a nail. The repair itself was quick, and I was actually about to leave a great review. Later, I noticed something was wrong. The shop had reinstalled only four lug nuts on my wheel and never put the locking lug nut back on. They had removed it to repair the tire, but it was never reinstalled and was apparently lost. When I returned, I wasn’t looking for an argument—I just wanted my locking lug nut back or for the situation to be made right. Instead, I was immediately treated like I was trying to scam them. I was repeatedly told they needed to see it on their own cameras, and at one point they even questioned whether my car had been there at all. Thankfully, I had sent a text message immediately after the repair. Using that timestamp, we pulled up the security footage, which showed my car arriving exactly when I said it did. The only problem was that the exact spot where I handed over the locking piece from my hands for the lug nut, happened to be in one of their camera blind spots. They have 12 cameras also which is great right. Despite this, they refused to acknowledge or admit fault in any way. I understand that some people m

Absolutely terrible experience with this shop — avoid them at all costs. I brought my truck in for a simple oil change, paid around $80, and just two weeks later my vehicle started beeping and showing a persistent “Change Oil” warning. When I checked the dipstick, there was barely any oil on it, and the oil inside the engine was already black and dirty. It became obvious that they either never changed the oil at all or did an extremely negligent job. This could have destroyed my engine if I hadn’t caught it in time. Running a truck with almost no oil can cause catastrophic engine damage, and these people clearly do not care about their customers or their vehicles. Charging customers for work that was never properly done is dishonest and unacceptable. I trusted them with my truck, and instead I got scammed. Save yourself the stress, money, and potential engine failure — do NOT take your vehicle to this place.

I don’t really know about cars but the way they would explain for me to learn about the problems my car was having just because is essential is amazing! Even helped me return a part I bought for a more convenient one that helped me save money I needed. Love these guys!
